Why do you think you got banned?: don't know, first time I logged in in over half a year. Ban message when attempting to log in: in login page "ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection". What GM banned you (optional): don't know. So I wanted to play old maplestory when I had break between school years (september 2024) and I downloaded Mapleroyals. Upon signing up, I realized I already had an account (corresponding to a very old password I don't use anymore) so I jumped right in. I saw I had a lvl 50 something page that I didn't remember playing (but that account creation could've been years ago), so I created a cleric according to recommendations I saw online. I did like a few days of grind (while voting for nx) and then school started and I didn't touch the game (still voted for nx every now and then). Flash forward to today, I have a bit of time between exams and I wanted to play again. I download the game and try to log in, when the msg I wrote appeared. TBH, I don't even care that much since that Cleric was like lvl 30 or 31. But the thing is, I tried creating another account and after character creation, I try to log in and the game just quits. So I would love if I could get my account back if it was banned, but I also would just like to be able to log in if that's a different software/hardware problem that I don't know about. I will write my username privately if a moderator would ask for it. if there is an account username is associated with this forum username and a moderator can see it, replace the "2" at the end of the username with "1" and that's the username in question. Adding that I tried some stuff that was suggested in the forums like power cycling the modem and router or try to enter with/just turn on and off a vpn. Nothing helped. One account still gives that error msg and the other just boots out after selecting the character.

Thank you. I am able to get past the initial login page. unfortunately, I still dc as soon as I select a character and actually log in. But I guess this is a problem for a different section. Cheers!
Update: saw a post with someone having similar problem and followed the tip of uninstalling NordVPN and now I'm able to log in fully. Thanks again, Cheers!
