hmmm.. i didnt know that voting using phone and computer for my main and sub account is not allow. I thought is count as different of voting count. Is it possible to review the case as i am really not aware of this. I will not vote using my phone and computer on the account. Appreciate your help with this time.

This further reminded you of our ToS. - The Fair Endeavors of Voting for NX questline. which you would have seen as it caused a big lightbulb to appear above your character (and the screenshot you have on your avatar shows this lightbulb is no longer there, so you must have clicked it). You have no excuse. As this ban was placed by our admin and has already been reviewed, you will remain permanently banned for vote abuse. This ban applies to you as a person. Understand on this but is it possible to recover on this as is my 1st offence. I really didn't know that using phone and computer for voting on two accounts is not allow. As it only state not to vote twice but I was using different two different account.
