Well, i'm trying to do the ifrit quest after day 18 patch, and i click on accept, and nothing happens! And since HTPQ quest just glitched after the patch, maybe, there's a possibility that ifrit quest broke too! Thank you.
i wasnt able to finish my elquines quest either! (f/p version of ifrit quest). i got stuck at the last part where you go into the elemental thantos room. hopefully a GM will look at it soon
Yeah, i've been looking for a response for 3 days.. By the way, my friend, Ranika, Is a i/l arch mage, and she can't do the quest, just like me! Npc is Glitched after patch!
im so sad. im stuck on the last quest. hopefully they give us some attention...those bishops get all the damn attention f3

I've Spoke with Mike in game, and he said me that he'll be looking for a way to solve this. Because when u finish the quest, u don't receive a book to use. the skill adds automaticaly. Just to keep everyone Updated.
Just want to post to confirm that this is still an issue - when you accept the first step of the ifrit quest from alcaster, nothing happens. You can't start the quest, so there is no way to get the ifrit skill.
@Matt Seems related to the same issues with Kyrin for Buccaneer skills Demolition (and I assume Snatch), as well as corsair skills battleship canon and torpedo.
