    Hi!

Noticed that Ifrit can sometimes remain after the spell expires, which will mean that you may have 2 Ifrits at the same time. (Haven't been able to get more though...). The Ifrit whose time has expired cannot deal any damage, but can still trigger the animation where a monster takes damage. Dying while having your Ifrit may also create a similar situation, but it will disappear once you cast the spell again.

If you walk through a portal with Frostprey active, he will bug out, causing him to either A.) Do his attack animation, which shows the number on the mob but doesn't actually deal the damage or B.) Fly around and do nothing. In both cases, he will remain after the buff ends and continue this. When you recast the buff, you then have 2 Frostprey, the bugged one and a normal one.

Can confirm these issues appear with Phoenix as well. Didnt post earlier as I thought this was a known issue.

I can confirm this issue also is with Bahumat, and Summon dragon (3rd and 4th job cleric skills). You can also summon 2 of them but only one attacks.

Also I have had this issue with Bahumat even without walking through portals.

Been doing some testing of this with Summon Dragon (the Priest skill) on the test server.

    1) Summon Dragon works fine if I activate it on a map full of monsters and don't go through the portal or die.
    2) If I go through a portal with Summon Dragon out, the summon loses its ability to attack. It shows the attack animation, shows the damage and even flinches the mobs, but doesn't actually do anything.
    3) If I summon a fresh Dragon while the malfunctioning one is out, the fresh one works just fine and I have two dragons hovering around above my head, one of which works, one of which doesn't.
    4) If I go through a portal with these two summons out, only one (a malfunctioning one) is left out afterwards
    5) If I die with Summon Dragon active, it stays out after my character is dead and carries on attacking the mobs, but in a malfunctioning way (ie it doesn't actually do any damage).
    6) If I cc with a working OR malfunctioning Summon Dragon out, it vanishes.
    7) If I cc with a working Summon Dragon AND a malfunctioning one out, they both vanish.
8.) If I stay on the same map with a malfunctioning Summon Dragon out, it stays out, even after its time has run out.
    9) If I go through a portal with a malfunctioning Summon Dragon out, it stays out ONLY if its time hasn't run out. If its time has run out, it vanishes when I go through the portal.

I'm guessing that the same is true for all attacking-type summons, but haven't had time to test them all out. Do Ifrit and Elquines also behave in the same way?

I just tested this; they do. Same problems arise with Ifrit and Elquilnes.

One question that did occur to me - do the malfunctioning summons dc other people? I guess we'd have heard if they did, but if you went through the portal into the fm with a malfunctioning summon, would other people a) see it and/or b) dc? (I'm just remembering the fun and games we had pre-wipe with Beholder)

Tested it: Others can't see the malfunctioning summon, and it doesn't d/c them either. (Long live dual-clienting)

Whenever you leave a map whilst either Frostprey or Golden Eagle were still active, it will persist in the next map in glitched form. They will not disappear after any duration, deal no damage (despite the numbers showing they do) and do not apply freeze nor stun (they do however knock monsters back if their damage were sufficient).

They also do not count towards the maximum summoned monsters counter, meaning that an actual, non-glitched Frostprey/Golden Eagle may be summoned alongside the glitched duplicate.

I've added your post to the recent thread on the subject ~ Kat

Summon dragon (priest) does not disappear properly

After summon dragon's timer ends, the dragon stays flying around attacking monsters, yet deals no damage. This partially aggros monsters: I tested it at sage cats and if the dragon attacked them they followed me, but as long as it wasn't dealing damage they never used magic attacks. You can summon a second dragon at any time, so you end up having the ghost dragon and a real dragon, which is a bit annoying.

Already reported, so I'll merge it with the earlier thread.

    Bahamut killing

Ive been getting this bug with bahamut where when it kills things they die but the sprite stays there. The sprite does no damage and doesnt move but its odd to see.

not sure if it is the same with other summons or if it is only a 1hit problem (ive only used it during kpq with a guildy)

    Cheers Moldy
