Solved [Solution Given] i'm getting "Trouble logging into the game?"

    starting today, 10th august

    Details of the issue:
    upon trying to log in to a character (tried different account), i'm getting a prompt:
    "Trouble logging into the game? ... please visit support section of MapleRoyals forums ..."

    What error code were you given(if any):
    no error code.

    What have you tried so far?

    Such as reinstalling Royals

    I've tried pretty much everything including: reinstalling mapleroyals, trying a different account, restarting pc, restarting internet, compatibility modes, admin privileges.

    Is there anything pending on your Windows Update?

    Would also recommend doing a ping test to confirm if it's a connection issue

    You can try ping 51.68.205.179 with CMD
