Please ensure all of your IGNs are listed You mentioned you have 3 x accounts, but only listed 2 x IGNs

Hey there 1.First couple of years ago 2021 I think ,but got back recently about a month ago 2.The highest lvl character is KpoyJlu 57 3.Yes now after viewing a similar threads and going deep into voting rules I see what mistake I've made that I didn't apply to the voting whitelist So that's it? its permanent ban for all of the accounts ?

It was my, my wife's, and my kids , I just created all of them for them and managed cuz they are new in game ... if you have logs you even can see that we all together played pqs ,but I guess it doesn't matter
