Closed i'm not sure it's a Ban, maybe another issue, but i'm pretty i got banned for no reason. help !

    Last thing you did: Nothing for sure, Ever.. but someone told me that the problem "You have been disconnected from the login server, please try again later" means that i have a Ban on my Mac Address.. :(
    Why do you think you got banned?: I really not sure it's a ban, but i tried everything else to fix it, can u please check if my account/mac/ip is blocked?
    Ban message when attempting to log in: After clicking on my Character i get auto dc and it says: "You have been disconnected from the login server, please try again later"

    How to i do that mate? I used to play alot until yesterday.. let me know how to fix it, what details do you need?

    You're not banned, your MAC address isn't being read by our game which makes you unable to log in since a lot of hackers used to have their MAC address hidden.
    Everyone with a hidden MAC can't log in. We don't know why your MAC is hidden but I'm sure we can work something out to get you back online.

    Stop inboxing me saying that the staff is treating you like a criminal or whatever, you are not banned. You just have a connection problem that we won't mind helping you with as soon as we figure out how to. In the meantime you can just keep trying things youself by googling and such.
