Not sure what you are confused about, they are two different items. I have no idea why we have both of them.
Yeah they are two different items. In som version update of Maple Story, new scrolls came (could have been .62 or close to it, but I'm not sure), and they all had the percentage number written out. So the top one is an older scroll, and the bottom one (with an actual "30%" in the name) is a newer type of scroll. I'm not sure if in GMS, the old scroll got replaced or not... but here in Royals we have both - fun! (Side note: It's pretty funny that the scrolls had that weird ".n" in them. Could it be a mistake when writing a line break, which I think is "\n" in some languages. There were also other weird, "out-of-the-system" scrolls, such as Overall DEX 30% scrolls giving only 4 DEX instead of 5. I might be crazy, but this is actually nostalgia to me.)
