Closed I'm receiving a message when I try to log into the game

Why do you think you got banned?: I honestly don't know why I got banned.

On May 19th server time was when I was last able to login.

 

Where are you connecting to the game from?

 

My main internet connecting area was from Texas, but I am now visiting other cities in France.

 

The IP you are connecting from in France may be banned so when you return home to Texas you may be able to login normally.

 

I tried logging in, but I still cannot do so.

 

I find it odd that you say your main connection was from Texas, yet you registered from a French IP address and now are connecting from one in the UK. And there is no record of you ever connecting to the game or website via an IP based in Texas.
Can you explain this?

If you were using a VPN previously to connect then it shouldn't be a problem to use the same VPN.
However it is odd that you were using a VPN from Texas when connecting via a French IP would not be a problem.

No, you will not be allowed to connect to the game because you are not the original owner of the account you were using.
Your registration information and login details do not match anything to do with the account and our evidence shows that it was sold to you which is a serious breach of our rules.

 

Is it still possible for me to play this account again? I took a break from playing these accounts and now returned to the game. It was not sold to me.

 

Taking a break would not change all of your login information and details. Our evidence shows that there was not a significant break in the time this account was accessed but with it being moved from logging in halfway around the world it shows the account did not originally belong to you.

 

I logged into the game using a VPN. It is why you're seeing many different login locations. Can you please investigate this again?

Yeah the connection from Texas was not from a VPN, but I am currently not in Texas right now, so I can't have a connection from Texas. All of my connections were from a VPN. Can you allow me to log into the game again? Thanks so much!

 

You just said the Texas IP showed up because of using a VPN, now you are saying that isn't true?

 

I'm getting confused of this. When I play the game, I don't keep track if I'm using a VPN or not. I just connect to the internet and log in. Can you please help me?

 

I cannot help you until you with this appeal if you are just going to waste time with a made up story of a VPN.
