Hello, I was planning on making a gunslinger called Curly along with my friend to play out as our favorite characters from the game "Cave Story". But the name was already taken, so I replaced the " L" with a capital "i". Would I be under an impersonation charge if I continued with the character? And would I be allowed to make variations off the name?
