Closed Inactive account ban appeal

    All Your Character Names: Zivhayr (Been too long to remember if I had more than one character)
    Last thing you did: Used to play with friends back in 2016
    Why do you think you got banned?: Got a message saying incorrect PIN was used too many times, I assume I got hacked. After I reset my password, I got the next error:
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection

    Unfortunately, it seems that you were correct in your assumption. Your account was hacked, and was banned to prevent further damage.

    You will have to go to the Control Panel and change your credentials here:

    We recommend using credentials unique to MapleRoyals only.

    You should also make a post in the Support Request forum here:

    In your request, please include the following information:

    All your character names (IGNs):
    The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
    Your account username (Game Login ID):
    The last time you played*:

    *Please provide an estimation if unsure

    Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private.

    Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of.

    You may play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime. Once you create the thread in the Support Request Forum, your account recovery will continue with the Admins on there.
