Description of skill Ninja Storm at level 30 says: Mp -25, Damage 80%, with success rate 100%, Push enemies 300 I'd like to refer to the Damage part of it. My minimal range is 3k so I would expect the damage not fall bellow 80% of minimal damage range not including the defenses of monsters which would be 2,4k the minimal damage. I've made some tests on weak mobs (30-40Lv) and I was able sometimes to hit with Ninja Storm below 1k and im pretty sure these mobs wouldn't have that much of defense. Could someone tell me if that skill works properly? Maybe there's a mechanic that Im not aware of? Thanks.
