According to Hidden-Street (http://bbb.hidden-street.net/monster/ninto) the monster Ninto has 35 avoidability and is Lv.100. According to my calculations, I'd need 129 accuracy to hit these guys 100 % of the time. However, the fact is that I (Lv.108 warrior) actually don't hit them 100% of the time. I even added some accuracy gear and reached over 160 accuracy, but still I did a few misses every now and then.

Now, this could be one out of two things, I guess.
Either it is a typo by Hidden-Street
or else it's a bug in MapleRoyals.

So... is the intended avoidability 35, or perhaps something like 45?

Sounds correct. It might not match up with hidden street, but we left the accuracy requirement the way it was when we implemented the area as a way to make the map good for some classes and suboptimal for others in an attempt to make the map usefull while not making competing maps obsolete.
