To replicate this bug, simply:- 1) Disband your party, if any. 2) Click "R" or whatever button to show up Buddy interface. 3) Click on any user in your BL (online/offline doesn't matter). 4) Click "P" or whatever button to show up Party interface or Tab. The Create button will become Block instead. To reset the interface, simply just close it and it will be back to the correct button.
