This problem has been around for a long time, but it's rare since no one really uses them. Well I am able to create an in game account that contains characters that are forbidden with the in game client. My account ID for this account I just created is: "itsbroken..." I can log in at the control panel just fine but when trying in game you get the message "Incorrect login ID"
