Had just recently registered for an account on MapleRoyals about 10 minutes ago and can log in from the main site.
However when I try do so on the cilent/maple story login screen, gives a pop-up incorrect password.
Is this just because the registration for accounts need time to be inputted into the database?
Anyways would be great to relive the nostalgic times.

Can you check your MapleRoyals folder if you have something called ASPLnchr.exe in there?

If you have it then you have installed the wrong server which you would have to uninstall the game and then download the correct setup.

I've installed it once again, turned off AVG still no sever response.
    Attached is the MapleRoyals directory.

Here's when I click on Guest Login, which then appears the endless Connecting to Sever window.

If it says incorrect password then it's something wrong with your password.
Did you just try changing it to something else?
Maybe certain characters causes issues with the in game client.

The guest login is not used and won't be used.

It appears that 4 letter worded passwords don't work and are automatically rejected? (Might want to check the coding)
I've changed my password to 10 approx. and logged in fine
