So last night I logged on and set up my new security information, but this morning when logging in the information is incorrect. My pin worked just fine, but when I get to the PIC I enter the exact information I entered last night. Is there any way I can get this reset ? EDIT: I am currently looking into reinstalling the client. I feel like it didn't install properly after the update and that may be causing an issue, but I'll update this thread accordingly once it's done. EDIT2: Reinstalling did not help. Edit3: Just tried it at home and now it's working.... really odd...
Yo! I did not know whether it was or not a memory failure. However, I am almost sure I entered the same PIC # I registered, and it keeps saying it is incorrect. 1. They announced PIC was optional and there would be a place in our "control panel" to activate/deactivate it. Nothing there yet though. 2. There is no "forgot my password" kind of feature. Welp... There it goes my hype. :v
