So today I tried logging in for the event and I enter my PIN in the login page. I was sure I remembered what the four digits were as I recently just made it two days ago and it was still incorrect. After another few attempts of trying to see if it would go through a message popped up saying “This account is blocked from entering pins due too many invalid attempts please try again in.” ( it gave me a time limit of four minutes the first time it popped up, but the second time it came up it did not give me a time.) Is there any way I can get this fixed? There’s no way I can reset my pin now as there is nothing in the account settings on the website to resolve this issue. I’m stumped lol.
