I've been rolled back so many times now but this time I caught the bug on SS So I logged out at 4am(Malaysian time) and logged in at around 2pm today. When I tried to log in, the prompt "you've logged in" came out and I had to use the fix stuck character feature on the site. I was advised to not use that feature because it might cause rollbacks but the thing is, my character was stuck for almost 10 hours and obviously that is a problem in itself. So I fixed my character and voila, I lost a level worth of EXP, from 133 to 132. Not a big issue for me at this level though because I'm not after levels for this character. I already leveled my character back to 133 and I don't need any reimbursements. However, this bug is real and it's really annoying. Heads up to anyone of concern.
