Infinity you need to do El Nath PQ. Only issue is you need a 4th job warrior who is doing their quest line for Stance (which also requires the PQ) to be in your party and begin the PQ. As you can see we only have like 2 120+ warriors, and they don't NEED a mage to get stance with them, so they've probably already got it and can't do the PQ anymore. Someone correct me if that's wrong, but i'm 99% sure the warrior starting the PQ needs to be stanceless.
The way that ENPQ works is that it's basically a part of the questline for Stance which they allow the warrior to bring along his friends. Once a Warrior has completed the questline, they can no longer start the questline, and thus they can no longer allow their friends into the PQ. So, you need a Warrior without Stance, doing the quest, in order to get in... good luck with that. The NPC's Tylus, the 3rd job instructor in El Nath.
