IGN: JuggernautT Problem: Sometimes i can't log in/constantly dc if using the internet Details: Sometimes if my internet (2MB) is being used by me or someone else, i can't log in, dcing while on log in screen, world/channel selection or character selection, getting the message below. While in game i also dc if i make a minor use of my internet (e.g. refreshing my facebook page). PS: I'm sure this is a server issue since i have tested other ps, played gms and other games in a pretty stable way
Can you please provide a MTR Traceroute for when the issue occurs. To do this please download and install MTR from http://winmtr.net/download-winmtr/ Once installed, open the program and type "mapleroyals.co" as the host, and click start, then try to recreate the issue while it is running. Once done, click stop and then export the results or take a screenshot and post them here.
first atempt while watching a video i was able to log in, opened another video along with the first one, relogged, passed log in screen and dcd on world selection

Try modifying your 'hosts' file which I believe should skip DNS resolving. You can follow this guide here https://support.rackspace.com/how-to/modify-your-hosts-file/ and you will need to input "107.154.50.193 mapleroyals.co" into the file.
ok so, i did it the right way, don't mind the last ss i posted. anyways, i could log out and log in with a video running, and the game is pretty stable now, it seems that the problem got fixed. thanks.
It needs to not have the # at the beginning of the line for it to be active, unless you have removed that now. Otherwise I don't think it will have an effect...
