The installer setup.exe has no response when double clicked, ran as admin, troubleshot, and I excluded it from security just in case. It just does nothing when trying to open it. The icon is the little cogs. Extra info I've had other times where I delete it, dl it again, and the icon is different, same file, and I'm given other messages, that no app can execute the program, and it doesn't have the cog icon, and another where I'm told my PC can't run this app entirely from a blue window pop up, and the icon is like a little window with a smaller ble window in it. Having a hell of a time just trying to install this now for some reason, had no problems at all with other client versions. Even with all my security settings turned off, (windows defender, antivirus, and firewall) it still wouldn't go, whenever it suddenly works, I get the above messages (or no response from the .exe at all) Lost
