Hey, This thread is titled with a '(2)' because two years ago I already created a similar thread: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/introducing-incentives-for-ludibrium-pq.221570/ However, the thread was sadly closed without any comment from the staff members. Therefore, I am bringing back this topic once again. This now is going to be a copy-paste of my first thread's opening comment + valuable suggestions of fellow forum members added to the incentives list: ---------------------------------------------- I'm sure you are well aware that LPQ is pretty much abandoned, and that is a real shame in my opinion, was one of my favorite PQs in old MapleStory. Not only that, I also feel that LPQ was so popular in old MapleStory that lacking this in MapleRoyals amplifies the fact that bringing back the old times is near impossible. I've spoken to a lot of people in-game recently, they all expressed their truthful desire to bringing back LPQ to its glorious days. As everything in life, I assume incentives would make LPQ more popular and would encourage more players to participate. Here are some suggestions I've thought about: - Increasing EXP of LPQ (as everyone turns to CPQ to level up faster, there is really no competition here, EXP-wise). - Giving a non-tradeable Lego-themed chair after completing "x" number of rounds. - Offering valuable drops from the boss at the final stage. - Buffing the broken glasses, for example: initial glasses 1/1/1/1 and you could go up to 5 on each stat if you PQ'd enough (like the PPQ hat). - Reducing the mandatory requirement of 6 people to 5 people. - Offering a small/random amount of NX per completion of LPQ (750 - 1.25k NX), or adding the possibility of NX cards to drop from the bonus stage's boxes at the end. - In the bonus stage - put some maple weapons inside the boxes \ level 43-50 weapons that the players can sell to NPC (more mesos for new comers). - Make a shop of coins that people can buy Pink\Purple Adventurer Cape after attempting 20 times at LPQ (10 hours of play seems worth 100m at least - 10m\1hr can be great for new comers without the funding to sell leech or gain some good stuff). etc. Would like to hear your thoughts please. It would also be very nice if a staff member addressed the topic. Finally, fellow Royalers, if you have additional suggestions for incentives, please comment!
Add an alternative/second reward something like a 6 WA cape. If OPQ can give a 13 WA Glove, then a 6 WA cape would help newer players have some gear.
