I've had the same account for years now, but have had issues voting for NX within the last month. I'm doing what I've always done: click on the "Vote for NX" tab, input my username, click on the link to GTop100, solve their captcha, and press the large red button below to receive my NX. However, roughly half the time this past month, it accuses me of possible bot/proxy/ect use. I'm voting through a Chrome browser on my phone, like I always have for the past few years. I don't understand why it's recently giving me issues, and only about every other time. I just pray this doesn't result in my account being banned. I might not have a lot of progress, but I've put a lot of time into this nostalgic server. Please, tell me this is a temporary bug in the system that will never result in my account being banned over what seems to be nothing. Also, (attached below) it makes me laugh every time it says I've proven myself to be human upon completion of the captcha just to be declined 2 seconds later when I try to claim my NX. XD
Are you using a proxy or a public VPN to vote for NX? I've noticed that is most often the culprit for players who receive that error on GTop. In the mean time, I'd suggest looking through this troubleshooting guide to see if there any solutions available. I've also noticed that GTop has been increasingly causing a lot of issues for players the past few months. But as long as you aren't breaking any of our server's Terms & Conditions, you won't have to worry about your account being banned.
Seems it's happening to alot of ppl, and looks like a problem on the gtop servers. Possible solutions: 1. Once it gives a red error message, refresh the page and do the captcha again. 2. Use incognito mode. This removes any broken cache on gtop 3. Another browser
