Awaiting Feedback (Invalid Pointer) Error | Cannot play character

    Hi MapleRoyals team,

    I have issues logging into my character, IGN "Sealslaps" (level 53 crossbowman).
    This issue started ever since I DCed from the rabbit event (excuse my memory, I forgot the name of the event - the one where players need to enter cc1 and click the bunny).

    Here's the snapshot of the error:

    Please try a clean install of the game as it may resolve the issue

    Uninstall > restart PC > install files of 2nd April again
