You did not need to do ~gm ingame to talk to a gm - you could have sent a PM to @Manny and tried to explain the situation in detail. Yes, John doubled your ban length because you ban evaded. Juriko is someone you know and play with in real life. If he broke into your account, it is because you either shared your account information with him or because he knows your account information from playing with you on another server/game. This is why you were banned for account sharing. John reset your password using the password hash you sent him.
