I finally called my isp a few days ago to see if they could possibly change my static ip for my specific apartment but they told me that they would not be able to do so since everyone in the appartment has the same IP and it would mess up for everyone. They told me if someone gets ip banned everyone in the appartment gets it as well. I was wondering if it would be possible to remove this ip ban or just for my account since I never did anything wrong.
Hello. Unfortunately, we cannot remove IP bans as that would allow the rule breakers to connect. You will need to connect using a different IP (phone hotspot, etc.).
