    Last thing you did: I'm playing the game,practicing my character.

    Why do you think you got banned?:Next day, I move to the house I rent,and I can not play the game. I can log in ,but after I choose my character,it disconnect.And I try to use my smartphone 's net,and it would work.

    Ban message when attempting to log in:you have been disconnected from the login server

    What GM banned you (optional):I don't know.
