Yeah so I've been over this with some GMs and the problem was never fixed. My IP is STILL banned, just as it has been for the past 2 weeks. I strongly recommend not even bothering to IP ban people. Everyone knows what a VPN is, its simply an annoyance that I have to use one to play MR.
