IP banned?

So I can't enter any character from my home internet and I don't know why, I just D/C the second I open the character.
My neighbor who uses my WiFi (this is his account) says he got banned but he said it's only supposed to be for his account and he quit anyway.
Anyway to check if that screwed me by checking my IP or something? I just wanna continue playing \

AngelTime (who has the same IP as you) is currently logged in with the same IP address as you. Additionally, I don't see your MAC or IP banned so you should be okay.

Hi! I'm back.
Still can't log into any account, getting the same D/C as soon as I enter any character.
Even tried opening other accounts and trying friends accounts, no matter what I try I can't enter from my computer.

Any thoughts? My friends are training and I'm losing the fun

 

Mashu is not banned in any way, shape, or form. Perhaps it's something on your computer? Are you getting any errors when you get disconnected?

 

"You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later."
Always getting that error message.

Just tried to open a new account called mashudos and I opened the character PotatoGiver, still doesn't work...
Can you check that account or character to see maybe there's a problem?

If your MAC has been banned, it doesn't matter what account you try logging into, you will not be able to get on.
