Alright so, I know dcing when attempting to change channel is a common issue for everyone, BUT, lately I've been disconnecting in a crazy rate of 19/20. I know it's just me, cause when I'm attempting to cc after every lmpq with my cleric, I dc and everyone else is just fine. Also: When I try to log back in, it says im online. Then I have to fix it through the website. Then, when I try to log in again, the client ALWAYS crashes after I select my character. I'm using Windows 7 64 Bit, and all files are updated. You could try using VMware. Try restarting your internet devices and let them be unplugged for a while. Don't use wifi use a cable. Change the compatibility mode. Turn off your antivirus and firewall, and try again. I really don't know why it happens so I'm just saying everything I would try. Is your pc on a lot? I always get dc problems, well in boss runs if I have it on for a day. Use another OS in Vmware like windows exp I know there is a HT guide for it but the download link is outdated but it's easy to find.
Hey Egonics, well when I came back home a different problem occoured. When I try to open the client, it right away says theres a servercheck / firewall blocks it. Well, I have no anti-virus, and my windows firewall is disabled. What can cause this problem ? Thanks again.
Yes, there was sort of a change ! Well, we changed a TV company, and their techman touched some cables and at one point even disconnected the internet by mistake, but then brought it back.
