Is Dash still bugged? (Bucc)

    Just read in a guide (Buccaner guide here in the forum) that i shouldnt put any points on dash as it is bugged. I'm not sure however if it still is bugged, does anyone know?

    I maxed it and using it for movement boost. for me it worked good
