Is everyone in this game trying to rip you off?

It seems like if you don't know the price on something people are easy to try and buy it from you for cheap. Some guy said 30% scrol for SFA was 7 mil. Another guy try to tell me 7matt 3 slot earings where worth 10 mill.... I don't know the price on these items but I am not that dumb....

 

If SFA is sword for attack, I had one in my shop for 7mil for a while without anyone buying it :\ That guy woulda done you a favor in my book.

 

Shield Att 30 is currently 18-20 from what I see, and a 7 matt 3 slot (I assume +2, 5 int) could probably fetch 50-70m?

They were probably making use of the fact that they can cajole you personally through trade, and usually it would be safer to browse through the stores first to get a fair grasp of the price.

Most people would offer a low price (common sense dictates one should save money), but not that unethically low though.

That's how it is in life, if you don't know the prices, you're gonna get tricked. You can't complain about people who just want to buy stuff for cheap. If it was forbidden, I'd say that 30% of the community were banned. And you know what? It's your choice. You choose if you want to sell the X item to the X player. No one's pushing you. I know, it's not nice, and I personalty don't like it, but that's how it is.

And by the way, it's REALLY easy to make money here. Don't worry.
