Hi, returning player here I heard we now have quests that can be used instead of HP washing? * Can this achieve the same results? * How expensive are these quests in terms of mesos, compared to HP washing? * How difficult to achieve are these quests, do they require multiple players or can one do them solo? * Do we have any place to read more about these quests / maybe a list of them? 1. No, but it can significantly reduce the cost of HP washing and allow you to enjoy all the content. 2. Free. They requiere time (not a lot) 3. 1) Yes, if you spend enough time on them you can even hit 30k HP. People have done that before. 2) One is 200m for a set and gives 500 HP. Rest take time 3) One will take killing bosses which for the higher tiers of you'll want to party for, unless you love soloing Zak and HT. One it's best to just buy the items for. The last one must be done solo and takes around 20-30 minutes a day. 4) Post above has a link
I can share my own approach to this in case it's helpful. I don't like washing. I have decided to never add base int for any of my characters. I just wear some half decent int gear on lvl up, and wash whatever mp I get from that. That uses such minimal aprs that I can just buy them with nx from voting. Then I just hp quest and do olaf quests until I hit my hp goals. My marksman has ~20k hp with this approach and can do pretty much all content in the game including auf without any issues. You could potentially even skip the int gear washing entirely and be fine, but it's pretty cheap and easy to do so I would recommend it. I just don't like adding base int because that's where it gets expensive and cripples your character for a while. Because I didn't spend billions on aprs I was able to afford much stronger gears earlier on compared to my peers, despite not even having a mage to fund me. While I did need to spend more time doing hp quests, I spent 0 time selling leech to afford aprs like other people would, so that's a win in my books. I was also able to play my character the entire time and not need to buy myself leech. I personally feel like this is a more enjoyable way to experience the game, but maybe that's just me. So please don't get sucked into the mindset of "you NEED to wash, you NEED 300 base int, you NEED 30k hp". Decide for yourself what your goal is and how you want to get there. How? I looked at the link in the post above yours and it did not look like it's possible to hit 30k HP with these quests. They don't seem repeatable except one quest which has a threshold..
