    Here's something to think about.

I gave a bunch of my equipments to a friend of mine who i knew in game awhile back.
He then wanted to show his gratitude by offering to buy me a pair of shoes or clothes or something along those lines.
I declined because i'm not a clothing type of guy. He insisted that i accept his gift. I sorta forgot about it after awhile.

A few months has past since then. Is it RWT if i ask him to buy me some gucci bomb stuff? Is it classified under trading in game items
for real world stuff? Or should i just take it as a gift from a friend and nothing else?

Will i get banned? Will my friend get banned? I just wanna some Nike Roshes my boi
If yes i will get banned, then nvm pretend you never read this and carry on with reading memes.

NOT BASED ON A TRUE STORY

It would be considered RWT if you had a deal with your friend where you give him x items and he buys you something irl in return (in other words, trading). On the other hand, if you were to give your items to a friend and then shortly afterwards that friend was to buy you a gift irl as a thank you, then that would be more in the gray zone, though it wouldn't strictly be real world trading. If i buy my friend an ice cream and a week later he gives me an item in-game, then you couldn't really call it rwt, it's just people being nice to each other :p
