I've been playing my priest/bishop the old Maplestory way until some point that I stopped putting APs into LUK. Now I ended up with lvl 121 bishop with less MP than LUKless bishops. Is it too late to do APR and bump up my INT? Or is this bishop hopelessly broken? any suggestion is appreciated Below are my stats with no equipment on
Is it cheaper for you to leech a character up to 121 with same gear + opportunity cost or drop some meso for apr to reset LUK and do some mp-washing if you feel you really need the mp you missed out on. There is no reason your character is broken at all. If you are having fun playing this char the way you do, why would you want to change that? Wearing better gear is fun ! Also with magic guard those few points of defense have actually significant value.
no its not scuffed, you can use 81 aprs to get yourself to 23 luk, 23 luk is what you'd have at lvl 200 anyway and this would cost you less than 700mil as for your mp, you could always mp wash! your're low enough level that its still an option. if you mp wash every level you will have 30k mp before you hit 160. 700m is like 8-9 hours of leech, compared to the hours making a new character or selfleeching id personally just keep this one.
Honestly don't bother resetting all the way down to 23 (or 4) - just get the rest of your gear on (zhelm, htp, etc) and reset until you're at 165 luk total, then use an elemental staff. Sure it might be a bit weaker, but the advantages are: - Fewer AP resets needed - Clean staves are cheaper - Can flex your staff on all the wand users - Can use other high level gear, which is also cheaper - Luk is suddenly worth a lot more, so you can take some tradeoffs for extra luk and come out ahead.
