The skill gives the visual confirmation that it works, but it does not seem as though the damage actually applies to the mob.
I remember this skill being bugged ages ago, not sure if it was fixed or if this is a new bug. Can anyone else give feedback on this?
Confirmed. Just tested the skill out and can confirm that although it shows a skill animation and the numbers appear as though it's doing damage, it doesn't actually do any damage.
