Is NOT Washing an Option for Hero?

I don't feel like washing and just want to dish out insane damage with my Hero. HP Washing, especially using INT items is a hassle as this is my first time playing. Is it ok to not HP Wash my hero or will it make bossing impossible?

 

Heroes and Paladins do not need to hp wash, thought it always helps.

 

You can wear INT equips when you level so you'll have the extra base MP to HP wash if you want to wash later on.
