    It don't let me get in, it said "We are unable to conect to the login server due to a server check, a firewall block or other network issues" but in the page said there are 2xx playing :(

    The server is currently in a "frozen" state. It will be reset when an administrator comes on, just be patient!

    The 2xx people are either AFK or have left their client on; they can't play.

    Occasionally, but never for this long usually. Don't let that put you off the server, though. You'll have a hard time finding another low rate, pre-big bang server that is better than Royals at the moment.
