    Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.
    Character Name: morathi
    Additional Information: Possible MAC ban, can't get beyond character select screen. I was moving around from my old house to my new home in the last 2 days.

    yeah, i'm so sorry to bother anyone, but everything turns out fine after 30mins of wait time.
