    Problem: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.
    Details: Hi, i have a problem, the client closes down after i select my character and enter my pic. Reinstalled the client 5 times, can't get it to work, need

    You will have to make a Ban appeal if you haven't already. We need to look into it and figure out why you're MAC banned.
