    Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.
    Character Name: HolyLighty
    Additional Information:

    I usually just vote everyday till I have a SIGNIFICANT amount of points and gacha. just to fund whatever character. But for the past little while I could not get into the game after making it to my character screen :(

    Please help me
