I think it was our second or third day in the game. He didnt played on my account, we just sat there and he watched me playing and it was hitting with nostalgia. Hello, Your accounts are not banned due to any rule breaking, but there is a MAC ban from your connection, specifically the 00-00-00-00-00-00 address, which is a fault MAC address and can't be used to access Mapleroyals. You should disable your faulty MAC addresses in order to connect to the game.This is commonly caused by a bug when using VM ware programs.
hi, ty for the response. I tried to look into my MAC addresses and one is NA All of them look pretty usual but one called “Island private access” is N/A. This is the problem? Does it recognize it as 000-000-00? Is there a way to change it because i dont use any vm programs.
I think Stephen made a typo - he meant VPN, not VM. Are you using NordVPN by any chance? That one in particular tends to interfere with MapleRoyals.
No VPN… maybe its the N/A one.. ill try to change it manually in the windows command center… will it work?
