Issue with "Research on Animal Fossils"

I know this quest is low priority but when I go to talk to Anne to get the Stuffed Drake Skull, the final question does not register as a correct answer.

I am only reporting this (despite it likely being a very low priority quest) because I am trying to complete all of the functional quests and this one doesn't have any other posts that I could find so it must be relatively new.

 

The book is blue. A dark blue, but not black

 

It unfortunately still doesn't work, I've tried ever book color option just in case.
