So, I'm a first time player of Maplestory, and of course I pick Warrior to be my first class. I hit 56 recently, and I'm starting to feel what happens when the effects of Sword Mastery fades away. It's my first character, so I'm very lowly funded; it also probably doesn't help that I have no idea any sort of way to increase my Dex / Accuracy effectively. Someone told me to get a Raccoon mask or get a Sadman Mask, but I have no idea how to get either of those things. I have a Maplesword that gives 30 Accuracy; however, that's at level 64. If anyone has any suggestions that maybe of help, it would be really appreciated. Keep in mind that you'll probably have to explain it to me as if I were 5 years old.
For most starting warriors, capping your base dex at 60 gives a nice 48 accuracy. Try to get a Zhelm as soon as possible for about 42 accuracy, your weapon mastery gives 20, and your maple sword gives 30. That should be enough to hold you off until your later and more funded levels. If you cant get a zhelm, I would suggest getting a brown bandana for 6-10 accuracy (I think it's through gach, people are probably selling it) Another method is to buy Blue Crusader Chain Mail from Aqua and 100% overall for dex it to 14 dex, giving 11.2 accuracy. (Overall dex 100% can be bought from the scroll seller in the Kerning City Swamp if I remember correctly) If you're really desperate still, scroll Cape for Dex and gloves for dex
Welcome to maplestory, Because you are un-funded & a first time player i recommand you to get around ~50 base dex. Getting a maple weapon will help you out a lot but it won't be enough for higher level. Getting a Zakum Helmet is the best option for you. You need to complete Zakum Pre-quest (Zakum is a boss). You can join a run if you have enough HP and get a zakum helmet for 80-100m. (people will kill it for you thats why you have to pay) Money: You can get money by selling Ability point reset from Cash shop for 5-6m ea. You can get Gachapon Tickets sell the scrolls / equip in FM. Raccoon mask or get a Sadman Mask are expensive. Zakum helmet and a decent base dex will get you high level enough for you to get good amount of cash. before Big Band database
