Hi, I'm having some technical problems with the patch file that was released today (March 4th, 2014). Whenever I go to download the .wz file it always ends up downloading as a zip file. 1) should this be happening? 2) I tried to unzip the zip file and there was no file found. Please help.
You are probably using Internet Explorer. It should not be happening, but the inadequacy of browsers is due to no fault of MapleRoyals. The file will work just fine if you rename it to have the file extension .wz instead.
I tried renaming the file but it always ends up being a: .wz.zip file. i'll try and use some different browser. thanks =)
If you tell Windows Explorer to show file extensions (uncheck Organize > Folder and search options > View > Hide extensions for known file types) this probably won't happen.
