I know that account very well even though it's my girlfriends alternate account and my personal real account I know the user name and password that much because i used it in every game i played Because when ever i type my password it says "You're password is incorrect, please try again" My main characters name there is "Ravs" I hope it can be resolve fast and hope to get an answer I would like someone to contact me and check if everything is ok with my account? Thank you for your help
had the same problem, it seems password werent allowed to be 12 letters long before this update but yours (and mine since i had the same problem were), so try your first 12 letters, thats your new password.
you can change your password in the control panel, please only type the first 12 characters in order to log into the control panel. you can change it back after they update the password length to 100chars
