Duplicate ITCG NPC bugged

    The NPC "Professor Foxwit" is bugged. While having the right materials for the item "Black Phoenix Shield Manual" I was not able to talk to him.
    And also, the NPC location is incorrect.
    Rip my Xmas tree decoration, the issue is not able to be fixed during the event I guess. Maple0028.jpg
