IGN Tansanwater Issue as titled Detail I put them on cash shop and exit to move them to another character. I logged in as the character who need them and checked cash shop. That ware already gone.

The same thing happened to me about 2 days ago when I transferred my pet (with skills) from character1 to character2, all pet's skills are gone. But when I transferred it back to character1, all the pet skills appeared again.
In this version, unlike GMS, item pouch, meso magnet, auto hp, and so on are not skills, but items equipped by the pet. So if you move the pet through cash shop, you must also transfer those items too. Take a look at the pet section of your equip UI. If you still don't understand, please make a post in Help and Advice as this is not the appropriate place.
