Critical Inventory Items disappear when there is a cash item in between

Yesterday (08/19) I was transferring my cash and equipment items to one of my main characters when suddenly I found that two of my items (Clean silver deputy star and Elemental wand 5 180 TMA) simply disappeared from my inventory.
The first thing I thought of was someone grabbing them from moment to moment, to simply let this happen and take it as if it was my fault.
However, try to do the same today (08/20) but the result was the same so i called @Charlieto inspect this problem.
I recommend recording it and if it was and the result left much to be desired.

Apparently if you take a cash item before taking an item of equipment, the item (s) will disappear from your inventory even when the system says that you have seized it.

In the video it is clear how I lose an item (Clean red rose) once after having grabbed a cash item. I even tried it with a cash item but at the end and the result was different. When apprehending as I said earlier, this happens when there is a team between the cash item.

In addition to giving them my help in case they need more evidence, I would like to ask for a refund of my two lost items
-Clean silver deputy star
-Elemental wand 5 180 TMA.

Edit: this bug also work if you T R A D E youself items at trade mode.

 

I've had this same problem too today. I lost my 7 int 9 m.att work gloves in this process. Hopefully the GMs could do something about our situation!

 

i also lost a 22acc brown dana, 8att wg and 73att flaming katana this way

 

i lost my 28 tma shield welp

I have heard about this issue and therefore I am always very careful when transferring items. But some (or many?) new players miss out on this information and has to learn things the hard way instead. I believe a way to go would be to inform players in a good way once they join the server. Kind of like a T&C that players have to read before making an account, but with information instead of rules.

Ah this is why 40+ claw att 30%s went missing from my inven. I never npced any scrolls and the stack just disappeared so I was wondering but now I see why. I used to drop trade some cosmetic nx items on my nl and dropped the scroll stack after nx item back then.

It'll be good to have a beginner knowledge base post as a temporizing measure but this issue should be fixed.
